We are looking for a talented and experienced Hands-On Automation Team Leader to join our growing quality department leading both automation framework and automation tests efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on testing and framework automation.
  • You will take an active part in building and maintaining testing frameworks and automated test cases to ensure a successful deployment across the company’s SaaS and On-Prem components.
  • Responsible for recruiting, training, and providing technical leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing with the team members.
  • Analyze requirements specifications, devise tests accordingly, and conduct automation test execution.
  • Lead the process of defining, designing, and maintaining our automation framework solutions.
  • Working intensively with multiple R&D and product teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an automation team lead
  • At least 4 years of experience as an automation developer of complex systems
  • Hands-on coding experience in Python / JS / TS programming languages.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in setting up automation infrastructure from scratch and integrating it into a CI/CD pipeline.
  • Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure etc.
  • Proven experience with Docker/Kubernetes and microservices.
  • A team player with a “Can-Do” approach.
