We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing Marketing team. You will be a hands-on partner in supporting, promoting, and executing highly effective and engaging customer marketing programs from end-to-end. You will work closely with cross functional teams like Customer Success, Sales and Product Marketing to help deliver a great customer experience and drive retention, customer loyalty, and lifetime value. Location: Remote - Must be based in Eastern Time Zone

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, product and content marketing
  • Assist with writing on-brand, platform-specific copy that aligns with overall social strategy to drive engagement for our current audience and reach new audiences.
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign KPIs on an ongoing basis, including traffic metrics, test results and engagement levels to improve results.
  • Support the execution of the company’s social media and employee social advocacy strategy across multiple social channels.
  • Support the Marketing Director in assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, and updating calendars
  • Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership


  • 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Knowledge of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite and communication platforms (Zoom, Slack)
  • Experience in a startup environment a plus
