SafeBreach is seeking a US Recruitment Partner to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to be a trusted advisor on the US Talent Acquisition Team which is part of the Global Human Resources Team. As a Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to make a substantial impact by partnering directly with the Sales Team to attract top sales talent to join our fast growing, category building organization. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and shepherding a world class candidate experience. Locations: Remote - Must be based in Eastern or Central time zone

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process from role kick-off meetings to offer stage
  • Identify key sourcing strategies to find top talent utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, AngelList, etc.
  • Review inbound applicants and identify qualified candidates
  • Own relationships, hiring process and outcome for Sales leaders and their teams
  • Act as a trusted business partner to Hiring Managers through-out the recruitment life cycle
  • Maintain data integrity in various systems in order to capture recruiting metrics including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Partner with the US Recruiting Coordinator to coordinate candidate interviews
  • Participate in ad hoc projects


  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience - with at least 1+ year focused on sales or GTM recruitment
  • Experience in cybersecurity, technology, and/or a startup environment
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Zoom and Slack
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Comeet is a plus)
