SafeBreach is seeking a  Sales Enablement Program Manager to join our revenue team. Description:

The Sales Enablement Program Manager will serve as a key partner to the CRO and will be instrumental in defining SafeBreach's global enablement strategy. As a critical member of our executive team, this leader(1) enables our sellers to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers and (2) ensures they are masters of their craft, continuously honing their skills as sellers. The end game? A world-class sales org and happy customers.

We are looking for a skilled, innovative program manager to run the Sales Enablement program. As a key partner to Sales Leadership, you will deliver the sales onboarding training for all American hires and will help set the program requirements for the regional onboarding program. 

Sales Enablement is a vital function of the business, responsible for sales effectiveness ensuring the highest levels of productivity within sales teams. Ensuring that our sellers have all the skills, knowledge, tools, and processes required to deliver maximum value to our customers.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Program owner for the Global Sales Onboarding Program and primary facilitator in the Americas
  • Includes facilitation of new hire event (currently virtual) to Sales & SE team
  • Command of the Message value selling course delivery
  • Manage Onboarding program integration to Sales Enablement tools including content management and learning management systems, SFDC tracking & reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with in-region leads to continue to build and maintain the program
  • Engage with a broad range of cross-functional partners to design, deliver, and innovate on an excellent onboarding experience for all new sales hires
  • Own communications to the business around program efficacy and impact
  • Coordinate with region & global enablement / effectiveness leads
  • Support select Revenue Enablement initiatives beyond onboarding (including, but not limited to, product launches, sales certifications, GTM changes, Sales kickoff, etc.)
  • Manage Sales Communications to the field
  • Engage with a broad range of cross-functional partners to design, deliver, and innovate on an excellent onboarding experience for all new sales hires
  • Own and maintain content for the Onboarding Learning Path program in the LMS
  • Partner closely with Global & region enablement/effectiveness Leads to define, deliver & measure key programs for the sales organization

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3+ years experience in facilitation of onboarding / Sales enablement / training
  • Ability to command a room (in-person & virtual) & deliver content in an engaging & compelling manner
  • Executive presence, & proven ability to establish credibility with senior leadership
  • Ability to project manage virtual teams to deliver key results and managing project priorities and timelines to achieve results
  • Ability to gain the same presence and command of the room with a Technical Audience such as Sales Engineers & Product Management
  • Excellent coordination & organizational abilities
  • Excellent Presentation, verbal & written communication skills
  • Understand the larger context within which a program exists, but be 100% comfortable with rolling up your sleeves, get in the weeds, & do what is needed to make that program successful
  • Demonstrated ability & proven track record at defining and managing project priorities and timelines to achieve results
  • Hands-on content creation experience required, some experience with sales curricula development preferred
  • Understanding of structure & requirements of multi-product outbound sales & channel organizations
  • Command of the Message Certification, a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, a plus
  • Experience with LMS, Office 365 suite, and other enablement tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Articulate Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude who can multi-task in a complex, ambiguous environment
  • Incredible attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to keep stakeholders accountable as needed 

Bonus points:

  •  You’ve worked as a seller or customer-facing rep
  • Experience at a high growth Software-as-a-Service or technology company
  • Knowledge of DevOps or cloud technologies
  • Experience teaching or using MEDDICC
  • Experience building effective programs at our scale or greater
  • Advanced degree in teaching or education
