SafeBreach is seeking a Channel Sales Director to join our team! This is a unique opportunity for a passionate, entrepreneurial leader to join our rapidly-growing sales team and have a major impact on our sales execution. The Channel Sales Director is responsible for identifying prospective Partners with high potential, enabling SafeBreach Partners within the assigned region, working with Partners to identify pipeline-building activities, and managing your Partners to achieve stated sales targets.

Location: Singapore, preferred.

  • What You Will Do:
  • Build and manage relationships with current and prospective Channel Partners
  • Align SafeBreach sales teams and leadership with corresponding Partner teams
  • Coordinate the involvement of SafeBreach resources (including pre-sales engineering, marketing, customer success and management resources) in order to meet Partner performance objectives and Partners’ expectations
  • Enable Partner sales teams and technical teams
  • Drive Partner-sourced pipeline through approved deal registrations
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned regions
  • Manage channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the Partner and SafeBreach sales teams
  • Ensure Partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements
  • Establish Partner execution plans for mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Build relationships with other technology vendors to identify mutual greenfield opportunities with shared Partners


  • Previous experience of driving channel sales with reseller Partners, ideally within the cyber security segment
  • Experience managing partner relationships that are based in developing and delivering service offerings tied to vendor product
  • Demonstrated experience with B2B sales
  • Demonstrated experience selling high technology solutions in assigned territory in a channel model
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with Partners
  • Strong personal network within the industry
  • Highly motivated and results-driven
