As Senior Manager for Demand Generation, you will be leading the team’s efforts in developing our integrated campaign strategy and driving the execution of those campaigns across our owned and paid marketing channels. You will be responsible for generating demand for our sales organization across all stages of the customer journey (net new sales and upsell / cross-sell). While we have traditionally used a mix of content, SEO, online advertising, email marketing, and events to generate demand, we want you to come on board, take stock of where we are today and help optimize our marketing strategy to deliver against our pipeline targets.

Your success will be measured on programs designed and delivered in order to drive interest and engagement in our target market, high response rates, and quality opportunity conversions into the pipeline. 

Requirements

What you’ll be doing:

  • Create and implement multi-channel demand generation programs for all stages of the funnel to achieve revenue, pipeline, and lead generation goals
  • Support the enablement of our GTM strategy around key campaign activities and ensure a quality experience for prospects as they move through the sales funnel
  • Optimize our account-based marketing efforts by working with sales to identify top target accounts, building highly customized campaigns that improve conversion rates and accelerate those accounts toward purchase. deliverables across the entire marketing funnel, track and improve performance at each stage
  • Support trade shows and field events by developing and executing creative ideas for promotions, and integrating campaigns with events to drive traffic and post-event engagement
  • Define the end-to-end marketing waterfall process jointly with marketing and sales operations .Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand marketing activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length.
  • Continually enhance programs to ensure customer acquisition costs are in line with ROI goals
  • Manage lead and opportunity tracking and deliver regular program performance reports with recommendations for campaign improvements
  • Oversee third party agencies 

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of Marketing experience in B2B lead generation and working closely with Sales
  • A track record in developing and executing successful highly targeted B2B lead generation campaigns – show us your campaign plans and metrics
  • Highly analytical mindset and a metrics driven approach to your programs
  • The ability to drive BIG high-impact results with small program budgets
  • Previous experience in a start-up environment, driving high quality leads in target market and the ability to show Marketing’s impact on the sales pipeline
  • The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • A delivery-oriented, can-do, hands-on personality
  • Excitement about rolling up your sleeves and working with a small team to get the job done, even if you sometimes need to do things that are outside of your direct job description. The whole “not my job” thing doesn’t fly here
  • Thriving in a high-energy team environment
  • Exceptional creative and writing skills for developing marketing messages and themes
  • Proficiency in using Marketing automation (e.g. Marketo) and CRM (e.g. Salesforce) tools for executing campaigns and tracking results
  • Experience in the cyber security industry is a plus
