Channel & Customer Marketing Manager

SafeBreach is seeking a Channel and Customer Marketing Manager to join our team. About the Role:

This is a unique role that has two parts.

The Channel and Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving demand generation and product adoption through a growing network of channel partners (MSP, VAR, and Integrators) and our Customer Base. This person will work closely with the Director of Revenue Marketing and Vice President, Global Channel Sales at SafeBreach to create partner campaigns aimed at educating both partners and customers and driving indirect enterprise revenue.

Key focus areas will be partner and customer - education, integrated marketing campaigns/activities, and outbound communications. 

What You Will Do: 

  • Work with Director of Revenue Marketing to define strategies for generating demand for customers and enterprise channel partners, which integration partners, MSP’s, and VAR’s 
  • Serve the main marketing stakeholder for the Vice President, Global Channel Sales at SafeBreach and Customer Success and ensure full strategic alignment.
  • Develop and execute through-partner and customer marketing campaigns, events, and webinars that are in full alignment with our corporate messaging strategy and global campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop partner and customer-focused content and case studies
  • Update and optimize the Partner and Community Portal content, making sure it’s updated regularly with the latest product releases, marketing messages, and promotions.
  • Manage the partner budget spend and allocation.


  • 5-8 years of channel marketing experience in the cybersecurity industry
  • Modern Marketer who challenges the status quo. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet hard deadlines
  • Excellent copywriting skills must be able to write technical and marketing content
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent presentation skills must be able to make a strong impact with audiences
