As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, your mission will be to deeply understand and optimize our marketing mix and campaign performance through the use of our martech systems, reporting, and analytics. You should be detail-oriented, and ready to help us be the best in our industry, instrumenting and analyzing every step of our lead gen funnel and pipeline so that we can understand what’s working, what isn’t, and make continuous improvements. 

You will develop a good understanding of our marketing mix to accelerate the sales cycle and support the full customer lifecycle using Marketo, Salesforce, Bizible, and other business systems. You will help manage everything from permissions, conversational marketing, user data, forms, and email operations. This role is also responsible for ensuring we can clearly report on the effectiveness of all touch points in the sales cycle that contribute to pipeline and closed business.

Responsibilities

  • Administer our Martech - You’ll serve as the primary administrator for Marketo and Bizible, and you’ll be one of our Salesforce admins, as well as a power user of the vast majority of the other platforms we use for marketing
  • Multi-Touch Attribution - You’re very familiar with multi-touch attribution models and how to create automated, scalable reporting models that help the business establish predictability in our pipeline but that also can respond to what the business needs to dig deeper into
  • Maintain our Marketing Data Model - You’ll live in the data details, finding and fixing inaccuracies, making inefficient workflows efficient, and ensuring the integrity of newly imported and existing data. You’ll also ensure we are following compliance best practices for example, following CCPA, GDPR etc
  • Manage Reporting - You’ll build the core reports that marketing uses to track every lead, opportunity, and campaign, and you’ll report out updates in our regular team meetings
  • Create Automation and Scalability - You will help us build automation and view everything marketing is doing with an eye towards efficiency, repeatability and scalability, as our business is quickly evolving and growing
  • Optimize our Emails, Forms and Landing Pages - As we A/B test and learn what improves conversion, you’ll create recommendations for optimizing weekly emails, landing pages and web forms
  • Build a Personalized Approach - Working with our Demand Generation Manager, you’ll define strategic use cases, manage near and long-term roadmaps, and execute the operational changes required to enable SafeBreach’s vision 
  • Juggle - You’ll ruthlessly prioritize your projects, manage expectations, and provide status updates to your stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing operations role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Passionate about administering martech, ensuring data integrity, and building reports that help drive the business
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics, and ideally, Bizible
  • Strong understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and analytics platforms such as Domo, Google Studio, etc
  • Proven track record of conceptualizing and driving ideas from adoption to implementation to enablement
  • Eager to learn, eager to master new skills and adopt and adapt new technologies into our martech stack
  • You are someone who likes to “get your hands dirty,” and who is an exceptional multi-tasker
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to synthesize, simplify and explain complex problems to different audiences
