Mor Lakritz is Chief Financial Officer of SafeBreach. Lakritz has over 17 years of finance and accounting experience in public companies and high-growth pre-IPO organizations. Most recently, Lakritz served as the Vice President of Finance at Exabeam where she led Exabeams’s financial organization, overseeing financial planning and analysis, accounting, finance operations, treasury, and facilities. Prior to Exabeam, Lakritz was the Vice President, Corporate Controller at Talkdesk, a unicorn cloud-based contact center. Before Talkdesk, she was Corporate Controller at Apttus, a SaaS provider of quote-to-cash software. Prior to Apttus, she held a variety of finance positions at cybersecurity company Imperva. Lakritz started her career in public accounting at KPMG and holds an MBA in Finance from Tel-Aviv University, Recanati School Of Business Management, and a B.S. in Accounting and Economics from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.

Prior to Mintigo, Edo was an engineering manager in Microsoft working on several areas such as Telecom, Windows security, and Azure, and has also spent time in his career leading teams at several start-ups. Edo holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from the University of Bar-Ilan.

He joined from Touchdown Ventures, a SF based Corporate Venture firm, where he worked on company sourcing, investment analysis and diligence, and portfolio management. Prior to that, he spent time at Illuminate Ventures, a seed stage Enterprise Saas firm and at Twitter holding a position in the finance department. Lance holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, a Master’s degree in History from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from CSU Fresno.

Richard A. Holmes is the Assistant Vice President Information Assurance and serves as the Chief Information Security Officer for Union Pacific Railroad. In his position, Holmes is responsible the Company’s information security and disaster recovery programs.
Holmes began his career with Union Pacific in 1986 as a member of the Corporate Audit Staff where he spent 12 years performing financial, operational, and information systems audits of Union Pacific Corporation’s railroad, trucking, oil and gas, mining, hazardous waste, and logistics companies.
Holmes transferred to Union Pacific Railroad’s Information Technologies in 1999 as the Director of Security. Over the next 10 years he developed the Company’s information assurance, disaster recovery, business resumption and change management programs. During this period he also managed the Company’s client computing systems and data network. While retaining information security responsibilities, Holmes spent five years managing the development and maintenance the Company’s back-office applications. He subsequently spent four years managing the Company’s computing infrastructure. Prior to his current position, he was the CEO of PS Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary of Union Pacific Railroad that provides commercial software to the transportation industry.
Holmes is the founding chairman of the Railroad Information Security Committee for the Association of American Railroads. In this position, he led industry efforts to: 1) create the Surface Transportation ISAC; 2) perform industry-wide security assessments; and 3) develop the industry’s Risk Analysis and Security Management plan. He was also very active in the establishment of public and private sector initiatives to improve the security of the nation’s critical infrastructure through his involvement with the National Infrastructure Advisory Council and the Partnership for Critical Infrastructure Security.
Holmes has a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and a master’s degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.
