People (HR) Manager – Temporary

About the Job

SafeBreach is seeking a People Manager (Temp) to join our People/HR team as a temporary backfill for an employee on parental leave. As the sole People Manager within our Israel employment site, you will be responsible for oversight of all HR/People related programs for Israel, as well as all global employees (outside of North America). You will provide supervision to our People and Office Administrator (located in Israel), and will work directly with/for our Senior Director of People, located in the U.S.

Our platform continuously executes attacks, correlates results to help visualize security gaps, and leverages contextual insights to highlight remediation efforts. 

 The Impact You Will Have

  • Manage and lead all HR and People programs within Israel and our global sites (outside of NorthAm)
  • Ensure an exceptional employee experience, throughout the employee lifecycle: hiring, development, performance management and feedback, salary and benefits management, welfare activities, engagement and satisfaction, employee relations, mobility, separation, post-departure
  • Assure total confidentiality with HR data, budget, business operations and employee communications
  • Guarantee compliance and impeccable data hygiene within our HRIS (Hibob) and ATS (Comeet)
  • Provide oversight and partnership to our Talent Lead (US) for all hiring within Israel
  • Support Senior Director of People (US) in leading the global People/HR function
  • Guide and coach leaders at all levels of the organization to ensure ultimate success of our SafeBreachers

Requirements

Who YOU Are

  • At least 3 years of experience as an HR manager, or HRBP in a start-up environment 
  • At least 3 years of experience in tech recruitment
  • Experience in leading complex organizational change
  • Familiarity with relevant labor laws
  • High level of spoken and written English and Hebrew
  • Startup and tech experience is a must
