SafeBreach Wins Best Customer Service for SC Awards Europe 2023

SafeBreach’s Breach and Attack Simulation customers receive dedicated service and opportunities for advanced collaboration and support to help successfully validate their security, measure their resilience, and reduce risk.

Sunnyvale, Calif. – June 28, 2023 – SafeBreach, the pioneer in breach and attack simulation (BAS), today announced that the company had been awarded Best Customer Service for the SC Awards Europe 2023. SC Awards is the cybersecurity industry’s premier awards program, honoring the security products and services that stand out from the crowd, exceed customer expectations, and best defend against imminent threats and cyberattacks. SafeBreach has also been named a Finalist for Best Customer Service for the SC Awards U.S.; the winners will be announced on August 21.

“We are immensely proud to receive this honor in a very competitive field,” said Guy Bejerano, SafeBreach CEO and Co-Founder. “One of SafeBreach’s core values is customer obsession. We want to offer more value than just a product. The threat landscape only grows more crowded and complex. As leaders in proactive security, it’s our duty to make sure that everyone who uses our platform has access to our deep level of expertise and resources—including one another,” Bejerano states, referring to the company’s annual Validate Summit, where customers are encouraged to learn from each other, collaborate, and share ideas. “At the end of the day, we are building a community, not just a customer base.”

SafeBreach’s customer service program builds on its commitment to providing a unique range of services.  In addition to a complete set of online resources, customers receive three levels of support. These include:

  • The Customer Success Manager (CSM) serves as the customer’s single point of contact for all needs and coordinates all training and support activities.
  • The Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as the customer’s technical advisor and ensures successful deployment, onboarding, training, and adoption of the platform.
  • The Technical Support Engineer (TSE) provides premium 24/7/365 support for technical issues that arise at any hour.

SafeBreach also offers a variety of innovative program elements designed to help its customers succeed. In addition, to the aforementioned Validate Summit, the Company conducts yearly on-site customer business reviews, including executive overview, strategy, and technology workshop sessions. To go even further, SafeBreach is the only BAS provider to offer an SLA guarantee to make new attack coverage for US-CERT and FBI Flash alerts available to customers within 24 hours of alert releases. These alerts are available through the Company’s Hacker’s Playbook, which contains over 30,000 attacks and offers customers the industry’s largest and most up-to-date attack coverage. “We offer more than  a product,” Bejerano says, “however, we also make sure that product is the best it can be for enterprises  who want—and need—to stay ahead of even the most advanced adversaries.”
